TRS has updated the Division and Center Assignment for the Proposal and Contract Units. Please take a minute to review your division or center.
The Results Are In QNRF Awards Announced
In the December issue of funding ActiviTEES we reported the submission of 115 proposals to the Qatar National Research Foundation (QNRF). QNRF received a total of 482 proposals that month.
The results are in. QNRF has awarded 93 proposals of which TEES has received 20 of those.
Congratulations to all of the awardees.

funding ActiviTEES has just received news that another of TEES staff has earned the designation as a Certified Research Administrator (CRA). This bring the total of Active CRA holders at TEES to 13.

Howdy!! – Sean Rubino
On May 1st TEES welcomed Sean Rubino, the new TEES Compliance Officer.
The various compliance issues Sean will oversee are export control regulations, human subject research and animal subject research. Sean was previously the Compliance Manager at Western Kentucky University. He was the administrator for the IRB, IACUC and Biosafety committees. Sean has a wealth of knowledge in these areas and can provide assistance to TEES’ researchers as they are preparing their protocols. (more…)
